Maui Sunset is a great complex on the ocean side of S.Kihei Rd. Unit #A410 has a nice ocean view and is in one of the best spots in the A building. The location is in between the two elevators and down from the pool so when you're sitting on the lanai, it's very peaceful. The unit is a vacation rental and a new owner will have to honor all future bookings. In 2017, the 2 full baths have been remodeled and the kitchen was updated. Maui Sunset grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. There is a heated pool, jacuzzi, shuffle board, workout room, sauna and bbq area's. Watch sunset every night, enjoy the beach in front for miles. The area is great for windsurfing when the wind is blowing and a bonus in the winter is watching the Humpback Whales!
