In our waterfront backyard, you`ll have access to Cabanas as well as fire pits, grills, 100` pier and dock. All utilities included in this fully furnished apartment. Our team is here to support you every step of the way through our on-staff guest experience managers, maintenance team, operations team and guest support. The Bay Breeze Compass Suite is a 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom, pet friendly suite with a bayfront yard with cabanas, fire pits, and 100' pier for your use! Note: the backyard/bayfront amenities are shared with other guests on their property. This suite sleeps two guests and has one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closet in the bedroom. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 50" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. There is one fully equipped bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking basics you need for cooking at home. Two beach towels are provided with this unit. Please let us know if you will have a total of 3-4 people staying. No beach chairs, beach umbrella, or beach toys are provided. -When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut. (There is no view of the bay from the inside of the apartment). Guest access Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building. Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances. Guests will have use of the private waterfront area, cabanas, fire pits, and grills in the backyard. Other things to note House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.
