House Rules: 1. Respect your fellow housemates and their belongings. This includes keeping common areas clean and tidy, not disturbing others with loud noise or late-night activities, and respecting each person's right to privacy. 2. Follow the rules regarding the use of shared facilities, such as the kitchen, laundry room, and common areas. This includes washing dishes after use, not leaving dirty laundry lying around, and not monopolizing shared facilities for extended periods of time. 3. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the host in a timely manner. This helps to ensure that any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. 4. No illegal activities or substances are allowed on the premises. 5. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. 6. Keep the noise level down after 10 PM to respect your fellow housemates' need for rest and relaxation. 7. Guests are allowed with prior approval from the housemates and the host. 8. If you plan to be away for an extended period of time, please let the host know. 9. Please treat the shared house as if it were your own home and respect the space and belongings of others.
