It is also, wonderfully Air conditioned and Centrally Heated in a quiet, gated community. The room for rent is located on the 3rd floor of the home. It is unfurnished with a shared bathroom. The 2nd floor is where the kitchen, living room, guest restroom, and outdoor lanai will be and are the shared areas of the house. The home offers a friendly environment with an open and bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen features granite counters with a center island, providing ample counter space for cooking. Stainless steel appliances and other special amenities. Only, WiFi is included in the rent. The last month's rent will be due at signing. Policy: No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Renter shall start with a 1 year lease.
