With easy access to 99 and I-5, you can quickly zip off to your destination. Northgate light rail is only a mile away. In your neighborhood: walk to the market, Starbucks, movie theatre, North Seattle College, NW hospital, Licton Springs Park and multiple bus routes to UW and downtown. Northgate Mall and Carkeek Park are nearby as well. The neighborhood is called Licton Springs and is a 15 minute walk (1 mile) to the heart of Greenlake or Greenwood. We are home owners who have lived in this home for 10 years. We have loved and maintained it. We grew a lot of our own vegetables and fruit. The neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. You'll find young professionals and families who enjoy being a part of the neighborhood. We are looking for people with similar interests who take pride in their home. Please do a drive-by prior to setting an appointment for viewing and have excellent credit. Our life is busy and so is yours!
