There are 3 completely separate units in the building, and all of the tenants are quiet professionals. -The washer and dryer is right behind the front door of the basement unit and is the only "shared" amenity. There is rarely any overlap between tenants trying to use them. -Interaction between the tenants is rare, but all are young-middle aged professionals, and are respectful of other's needs with so many people working from home. Good credit scores are a must. -The landlord, is very attentive and takes pride in keeping the property well maintained. Value placed on good credit scores and references from previous landlords.
