She spends most of her time in Taiwan. Another bedroom is taken by a couple (who are planning to buy a house and move out soon). And the final bedroom is taken by a male, working professional. There is a shared bathroom by the couple and male.Light to no cooking preferred. Able to speak mandarin also preferred. Non-smoking a must!Some furniture provided: desk, a bed frame (but not a mattress).Electricity, gas, and trash are included in the rent! At least a 3-month lease is required.
