It's a great location with many amenities. The grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, along with a lot of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is also very quite and safe, and has great schools. Renter pays for SDGE and Internet separately. Water and trash will be added to your monthly bill each month. 2 pets allowed per apartment.
