We have a small yard for parties and outdoor fun, and the banana tree is fruiting! We're happy to rent it furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is stocked with cookwear and dishes. Our furniture is real wood and high quality. The mattress is a firm Nectar. The sofa can sleep two guests in flat position. And we can take it all out if you have your own stuff. Parking: there's gated parking for two cars. Location: Less than a mile from the beach; right at the edge of the Arts District; close to the museums and St. Mary Medical Center. Pet friendly. No indoor smoking. Please ignore the tour schedule in this listing for now. We will schedule tours individually, upon request. The currently-listed tour time is just a placeholder to satisfy Zillow. There will be no tours unless they are booked individually. Please do not bother the current resident. Renter pays utilities and internet.
