It's a quiet building and a peaceful, private unit. Colorado Blvd. can be a busy street, and noise was a legitimate concern when moving in, but both the unit and the building are surprisingly quiet. The 4th floor unit provides a high level of privacy, and the westward-facing balcony means much less noise from Colorado Blvd. itself. The corner unit provides both west and north facing light - it feels airy, bright, and homey.
