This little home is perfect for a couple or single renter, with a quiet, fenced back yard for a pet with hot tub and lots of privacy. The location is excellent if you want to walk to Main Street, the Botanic Gardens, the Riverside Bike Path, or Las Colonias Park and Amphitheater. Also, Stella's cafe is just three blocks away. The home has central air conditioning. Our home is very small: 724 sq ft., but the yard adds extra living space! Privacy fencing also allows room for your pet to play. The master bedroom had a queen bed, wardrobe, and large dresser. The second bedroom is more of an office/sitting room with a small table, chair and couch that opens to a bed for guests. This second bedroom has no door (curtains provide privacy.). Our comfy back yard has a section of astro-turf, plenty of room for seating, and a small hot tub (3 adults max) which we will leave conditionally. Note: we live in an industrial area, incredibly walkable, and very quiet at night, but NOT pretty for a few blocks :-) Next door are businesses: Rapid Response, Two Men and a Truck moving company, White Star Electric Company, and the Loma Cat Shelter. Between 7:30 and 8:30 am you will hear trucks coming and going from the neighborhood (and again around 5 pm). When there is a concert at the Las Colonias amphitheater, you can hear the music faintly, but otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet. The home is furnished (unfurnished IF of you sign a 1 year lease. Owner pays for internet, water, sewer and trash. For short term rental (1-4 months), owner will pay for Xcel public services, but for a longer lease, Renter will be responsible for Xcel. Damage deposit if 1500.00 (partially refundable minus the 250 cleaning fee) is due upon signing of lease. No smoking allowed inside. Up to two dogs are allowed with $300 non-refundable deposit upon move-in date along with first month's rent. No cats.
