(This second bedroom has no door (curtains provide privacy.). Our nice back yard has a section of astro-turf, plenty of room for seating, and a small hot tub (3 adults max) which we will leave conditionally. Note: we live in an industrial area, incredibly walkable, and very quiet at night, but NOT pretty for a few blocks :-) Next door are an indoor batting cage business, Two Men and a Truck moving company, White Star Electric Company, and the Loma Cat House. Available furnished or unfurnished. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash. Renter is responsible for Xcel and internet. $1800 refundable deposit due upon signing of lease. No smoking allowed inside. Up to two dogs are allowed with $300 non-refundable deposit (1st dog and additional 100 for second dog) upon move-in date along with first month's rent. No cats.
