    What the owner loves about this home
    I like the home's location with its peaceful, scenic country life style with lots of open country for riding. All my visitors marvel at the views and privacy here. I like the mountain views and rolling hills. I like that my nearest neighbor is about a half mile away. I like the home's spacious rooms and its open flow. I like the hardwood and tile floors. Too I like the spacious unfinished, carpeted second level for storage. I also like the convenience of a large garage. I also like the updates which include kitchen cabinetry, new plumbing and tankless water heater completed 2021-2022 for peace of mind. I also like that all of the rooms I use daily are on the same lower level, and too I like the community of Calhan--with fuel, groceries and restaurants, schools and churches just down the hill. also I like the extra income from the adjoining property. Finally, i enjoy most the open, scenic space and mature trees. More pictures coming
