Sweet tiny home on a great street, in a great neighborhood. These three small homes were built in the early 1920's. They rarely come up for rent because the folks who move here love it. This smallest of the three is nestled between the other two, away from street view. The seldomly used back yard is a peaceful oasis to enjoy. Please do not disturb the renters in the front or back house. Call me, between 10am and 8pm PST, to schedule a time to look at the house. I will post more interior photos when we have prepared the house. Owner pays for water and gardener. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and trash. Renter is responsible for taking their trash cans out to the street as needed. No smoking inside of the house. Street parking.
