Our place is located in maybe the most beautiful place on Earth, Incline Village Nevada. Our house is conveniently located and is a 15 minute walk to the lake, trail heads, ski resort or shopping center. You will have easy access to major ski resorts, Northstar, Squaw, Alpine, and Heavenly a short drive. Our local favorite Diamond Peak may have the best views Tahoe has to offer and a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and will drop you off 3 min walk to our house . For hiking the famous Flume trail is close as well as miles of other trails all around. Incline Village Championship course is a great mountain golf course here in town as well. Additionally, you will find some of the most incredible Mountain Bike Trails in the world located within the town. You can find virtually any mountain activity you want in both summer and winter. Additional information Bedroom 1 & 2 have Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a twin, bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and 4 single beds(2 are bunk beds). The house is three levels: Garage and entrance is level 1, 2 bedrooms, Laundry and shared bathroom on level 2, and kitchen and family room, 2 other rooms on the 3rd floor. The fireplace is electric and is more for ambiance then heat. Both bathrooms have warm floors that are great for the winter months. This was a second home that is fully furnished and move in ready. Ideal for individuals looking temporary housing in the area as a result of a relocation or construction project. Renters are required to pay all utilities. IVGID Resident Cards are available. No smoking is allowed.
