At the Flats at Sky Village, we provide clean, comfortable apartment living close to good schools, shopping and entertainment. We are pet friendly (dogs and cats), with on-site maintenance. Amenities include on-site laundry, a pool and playground. Our club house includes a workout room, big screen TV (with DirecTV), kitchen and pool table. PRICING POLICY At the Flats at Sky Village, we believe in transparent pricing. The Rent shown for each unit below is the Base Monthly Rent price you will pay, and includes water, sewer, heating, trash and pest control. Electricity is individually metered and directly billed by the utility provider. Internet, cable TV and phone are available and billed by the providers. Renter's Insurance is required and available from various insurance companies. Cost will vary based on the level of coverage, size of unit and insurance provider. We do not charge other mandatory monthly fees, however, we do charge these optional fees: Parking for a first vehicle is $8.00 per month, and a second vehicle is an additional $30.00 per month. Pets require a one-time $300.00 additional security deposit and $35.00 per month pet rent. Storage Lockers (when available) are $30.00 per month. 12 months (negotiable)
