Two crooked Realtor’s, befriended the young owner and offered him 200k for a home that was easily sold for 650k w/o repairs! Turns out the Realtor Evangeline Salas & her son Michael Salas committed fraud. Evangeline Salas has a brokers license w a restricted license! A lookup of the license shows repeated poor conduct w a restricted license. This realtor lived a few doors down on the same street!!! At 10306 Veracruz Ct! Edit: looks like Evangeline & Michael sold the home off to an LLC and low & behold it is owned by Paul Green of GG Homes. Imagine that. I am So sick & tired of seeing the Green brothers behind unethical behavior regarding peoples homes. They never take any accountability for effing with people & trying to scam people of their home equity. The real crooks are the Green Brothers ( GG Homes). Nothing ever happens to bad Realtors either. They just get a slap on the wrist. Evangeline Salas should have their license revoked completely. Stop doing business with these scumbags!
