Private room in a remodeled house with tons of garage space, tons, of parking, private backyard, and storage shed. 2 other roommates, one of them being the landlord. I'm a 26 year old athlete, the other roommate is also 26 and is a car salesman. Pretty quiet house, no parties or anything too wild. Single person occupancy only. Hardwood floors, shaker cabinets and quartz countertops, and a sweet projector to watch movies on with surround sound speakers. One bathroom is shared. Landlord pays utilities. There is also top notch wifi. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drugs inside the house. If you do any of that, look elsewhere. All room mates are expected to clean after themselves in shared areas. Each week, a different roommate is expected to do a light cleaning of all shared areas. I need proactive people who aren't lazy to spend an extra 10 seconds to throw something away to keep the house looking spotless. At least 3 months minimum. This is a single room in a 3 bedroom home.
