Testing the waters on interest in the home. I've owned the home for 13 years and it has been a solid rental. 6 Beds, 3 baths. Electrical and most of plumbing is updated including new sewer lateral Nov 2019. I'm working on some remodeling but haven't gotten very far. New roof in 2007. Single car detached garage. Sprinkler system, great garden. Mature fruit trees (apple and cherry), grape vines along east of yard. Basement has storage and a "man cave" with futon and television. Furnace replaced in 2007, AC is currently window units. Square footage is slightly larger than county estimate, probably 2200. The home has renters right now so please do not visit. Most likely I will see what happens post Covid-19.
