Many of us are young professionals and avid outdoor enthusiasts. Our place is ideal for someone just moving up to Anchorage or desires to live in Anchorage during the winter. Our place is large enough for both community and privacy for those who are busy with work or need their personal time. Fully equipped kitchen with furnished common areas and washer/dryer on site. Utilities and Wifi included with rent. We have a wood burning sauna, chickens, tipi for outdoor fires, and a sensory deprivation float tank. We are less than 5 minutes walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and one block from the bus line. The coastal trail is 5 minutes away by bicycle. Room is available from October to April. In the summer (May to September) we host travelers visiting Alaska. Sorry no pets allowed.
