This is a smoke-free property, with a $300 smoking fee and liability for damages if violated. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise violations. Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down and fined. Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place. IDs are required for verification after booking.
