The house is all electric(4county electric) on county water (East Lowndes Water Accociaton) the land has a well house but is only used for watering plants and washing vehicles (Do not use in pool). Thier is a buried Propane tank (250gal) used for the gas fireplace only. The property has an easement with the folks around us as we share a road from the Hwy then it splits off.
