The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a beautiful park. It is a two room townhouse with washer and dryer in unit and an attached garage with a two car driveway so storage space and parking is never an issue. The apartment is furnished including the room. My roommate is a working female professional at Samsung. She is super sweet. She has a cat and we are open to allow a cat owner. She works long hours at her job so she is looking to come back to a quiet and clean home. She doesn't really have guests besides her boyfriend that visits occasionally on the weekends only.
