Its bathroom is very clean but will be shared with another female room mate. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Sorry guys - I cannot accomodate pets, couples or families. Washer/dryer access is in garage. Internet & all utilities included. Contract is 3-6 month minimum. Newly remodeled farmhouse style kitchen downstairs if u like to cook.
