Our apartment is the Monarch layout with an attached 1 car garage and 1 parking space on the pad in front of the garage. This is the only one bedroom with attached garage currently available at the complex!! All appliances are included including an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment will be available mid-October and the current lease is good until the end of September 2020. Pet friendly! The lease takeover would be completed through the Arvada Station leasing office. We will be paying $100 a month credit over actual rent ($1700) or will be forfeiting the security deposit that you can keep. Arvada Station is a great place to live and has lots of awesome amenities including a beautiful infinity pool and spa, a well-stocked gym, business center, pool table/shuffle board, pet wash, and dog park.
