It s located on the bay and the beach is across the street! Enjoy starting your day with the most beautiful sunrise, looking out over the bay. A view of the water is seen throughout the house and the dock is one step out the back door. The house faces a group of islands covered with green mangroves that serve as the home for fabulous Florida birds (such as the roseate spoonbill). So bring you binoculars or feel free to use ours. The house has an open split floor plan that making it perfect for a large family or couples traveling together, for an extended time. Everyone has their own space with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on one side of the house and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full laundry room on the other side of the house. A large living / dining room is in the center of the house and opens up to a bright sunroom where you feel like you are sitting out on the water. The seawall and dock are a step out the backdoor. Watching the birds and looking for fish is fun and very relaxing. Drinks on the dock or going across the street to walk the white sandy beach and watch the sunset is a sure favorite. The views are a RARE find and that s why we say it s the best of both worlds. Having private access to the quiet north end of Clearwater Beach is extremely nice. We can walk to Caladesi Island State park and the beach is not full of people. It s quiet and makes for a perfect relaxing day. Attractions: Clearwater Marina for fishing boats (full day and day outings available); Busch Gardens in Tampa; Orlando is about 1 and hours away; Sarasota is about 2 hours south (nice museums and shopping); Ellenton for outlet shopping 30minutes south Favorite Restaurants on the beach Frenchy s (there are 4 of them and they are all great); The Beachcomber; The Opal Sands (restaurants located inside the hotel).
