    This is diamond in the rough! This home sits on over 8 acres and offers three bedrooms and one and a half bath! On the first floor you will find large living room, formal dining room and eat in kitchen. Tthe powder room is of the kitchen. Second floor offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and upstairs laundry. This home has been vacant since 2008. When entering the property, please be aware that there are several rotted floor joists in the basement that has effected the floors in the kitchen and a corner of the living room closer to the sun porch near the door. Please enter the property at your own risk. The owner laid plywood in the kitchen to add floor support. Please do not jump on the floors to test structural integrity. You can see broken joist from the basement and I posted pictures of the joists. There is also one joist that is rotted when you come in off of the porch on the right side in the living room behind the door, please avoid that area as it has a rotted floor joist. On the second floor on both sides of the house there are stairs going up to the attic and both sides of the attic are floored. The stairs to the basement have been removed due to the safety issues. Do not attempt to enter the basement. If you need access to the basement, please call the listing agent. This home sits on approximately 8 1/2 acres. Included in the price is an additional 2+ acres which sits to the left of the barn if you have your back to the garage. It sit to the left and is lower then the other field. Please be careful of any debris and the yard around the house. There are two electrical panels. One is 200 amp one is 100 and and an old oil tank in the basement. The oil has been removed and the tank itself is in good shape and is staying. The barn - The lower floor of the barn has 5 bays and drive up around back.
