The south wall is all windows, so plenty of sun all day. The included bed has pull out storage underneath, plus there is additional clothes storage in the armoire. Laundry is situated in the attached garage. The property is cooled/heated by a mini split but there is also a wood burning stove for extra cozy winter nights. Parking is in front of the garage. There's a 8000 gallon pool on the property with a large wood burning sauna. Tons of trees and plants are situated around the property. There is another house on the property where the owner and other long term tenants live. Cats and dogs are considered and would require an additional deposit. Utilities are included, except trash Some things to consider before actually viewing the property - This is a small unit with no closets, and there's minimal storage. Would work best for an individual. Trash and recycling have to be dropped off at a facility that is about 5 minutes from the house. There's minimal cell reception, and calls have to be made via wifi. Wifi is solid 98% of the time, but occasionally there are dropouts. There is a gravel road leading to the house from the main road which is quite bumpy. There are mice and packrats around the property, which can cause issues with anything stored outside, including vehicles. There is another house on the property with 2 long term tenants, plus another property where my wife and I stay when we're in town. Property is available mid July. Application fee $65 per person. Property is partially furnished with furniture in photos, there is some leeway if you don't want to use an item.
