Rental options and rates are as follows. For an annual lease, the monthly rate is $6750, which includes basic lawn care and pest control. Renters are responsible for utilities. First month's rent, last month's rent, a security deposit, a background/credit check, and a move-out cleaning fee are required at lease signing. Short-term rental rates are 10k per month from January to April (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included), $8,000 in May (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included), $9,000 per month in June, July, and December (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included), and $7,000 per month from August to November (utilities, basic lawn care, and pest control included).
