We bought this home in March 2009 when we were first married. We absolutely love the house, but I am planning on attending physical therapy school next year, and we'll be moving. The house was remodeled in 2008, and my wife and I repainted just about every room in the house to be more contemporary. The air conditioner/furnace was replaced in 2013 for an extremely efficient Trane unit. We replaced the water heater in 2012 and the dishwasher in 2011. The outside of the house was repainted in 2012 as well. We repainted the front door last month (March 2014). 10" of insulation was blown into the attic in 2011. All of the soffit vents around the house were replaced at the end of 2013 to improve air flow. There are multiple other improvements that can be disclosed upon viewing the house.
