This home is for sale "as is" My father Mickey died and left me his house. I have the clean title in hand. I am leaving all the current contents. Unfortunately it is very difficult because of the position and the untrimmed trees/bushes to take good photos. But the land here is very nice and valuable and this lot has enough room to add another home but he only ever used the area for a large garden. The mobile home has central air conditioning but the outside unit is not functioning thus there are window units installed. In general the house needs renovation but the main issue is outside the main bedroom there is a part in the floor that needs repaired, its sunken in. In the 2nd bedroom there was a roof leak that was repaired but there is a spot in the middle of the room in the floor that needs repairs because of the previous water leak. These are the only issues with the house that are not purely cosmetic. On the front of the house you see the entrance of a small old porch my father added on that does not look very good on the outside but works well. On the back side of the house there is a large porch in good condition but he had it enclosed so it's been used more like a storage area. In total there are 5 different storage areas on this property, he owned lots of tool and many of them still remain but we already took what we could use.
