Totally redone from the August Flood IS NOT IN A FLOOD ZONE! and took on some water again June 29.. are told by the neigbors they are working on the coulee .. We can include a water barrier dam with sale...or 2000 toward closing costs...We replaced water damaged material. We replaced sheet rock, freshly painted inside and out, new cabinets and granite throughout, new doors, laminate and carpet, new tub/showers and all new faucets, new roof, turbine, new a/c inside and out and duct work, new attic stairs and insulation, new stove, sinks.
