No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If the registered guest booking and occupying the condo is not 25 years of age or older, or if the property is occupied by under 25-year-olds without the presence of the registered guest for the duration of the reservation, the reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and will be canceled. If the 25-or-older person booking the property informs our partner within 15 days prior to arrival that they will not be able to come and only under 25-year-olds will occupy the property, the reservation will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will be canceled. If the 25-or-older person booking the property does not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, the reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and no refund will be issued.
