The registered guest booking and occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older. Reservations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if the booking guest is not present and the occupants are under 25 years of age. Reservations will be charged a 100% cancellation fee if the booking guest informs of their inability to come within 15 days prior to arrival and only under 25 years of age people will occupy the property.
