I was a Clemson student living at Heritage @ Riverwood, but I have left school for now and need someone to move into the apartment and take over my lease or begin a new one. Rent is $667 per month. Great size apartment. There is no one living there right now so if you can move in as soon as you want. It's a two bedroom apartment, great size kitchen, all of the amenities are included such as washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator. If you move in you won't have to take over the lease, you will be able to start a lease on your own time. I'm looking to find someone as quickly as possible.
