My husband and I are looking for good tenants for our recently renovated home on oak-tree-lined Higbee St. The home was built in 1941 and has original hardwood floors, fireplace, and even has an old ironing board tucked into the wall! Two bedrooms with decent closet space, and extra storage via the pull down attic stairs. The backyard has posts ready for a hammock along with a shed that isn't very fancy but does have electrical service. The backyard is adjacent to Ellerbee Creek (but no one would mistaken it for a beautiful mountain stream). Rent includes lawncare (as needed). We live ten minutes away, manage our rentals ourselves, and try our best to be thoughtful landlords. Security Deposit is required with signed lease. No Smoking. Pets allowed under certain conditions and with non-refundable pet deposit. Current Washer and Dryer on premises may be used but will not be repaired or replaced if it breaks. We will haul it away and ask you to provide your own washer/dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utility costs.
