Things we have loved about living here: Sabal Palms itself is nice looking and quiet, it's super close to the West Ashley Park and WAHS, it's cat and dog friendly (even pit bulls,) our apartment has a nice sunroom, which makes a lovely office, each bedroom has its own full bath and big walk-in closet, the living room is huge, and it's on the 3rd floor, so it's quiet. Most of the residents in the community are young families and young couples and singles in their 20's and 30's. There is a community pool and laundry facility, the maintenance staff gets stuff done quickly, and the office staff are friendly, helpful, and they'll learn your name. The fine print: You will need to fill out an application with Sabal Palms and get approved. You will need to sign a lease and stay here until September 29. You may renew at that time, I think even month to month if you want. You can buy our washer and dryer from us for $300 if you want. The apartment can be partially furnished if you want. Up to 2 dogs and 1 cat may live here. Your dogs will have to pass a pet interview. We have already paid the pet deposit, so you won't have to.
