The living space has a very nice open layout. Right away when you walk in the door there is a large closet for lots of storage space. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open and one large space. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a linen closet. The bedroom is large with a large closet as well. The apartment has a through the wall ac unit in the living room. In the common area there is a coin operated washer and dryer for tenant use. The tenant is responsible for electricity. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit of $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
