Do you accept Section 8 or government-subsidized rental payments? NO! When accepted, how much do I have to pay to hold the home so you will take it off the market? We require you to pay a binder to hold the home once you are approved. The amount is about 10 percent less than the monthly rent. If we have multiple applicants on a home, the one who pays the most binder will be processed first. If you are not approved for some reason, we will refund the binder to you. All binders must be paid with a certified check or Money Order. What do you expect from your tenants? Will we do a Rental Agreement before I move in the home? Absolutely. We spend about an hour and a half with you going over the rental agreement in full and answering any questions you have. This gives us time to get to know one another better. This is scheduled as soon as possible after you are approved. We can meet at our "office" or your home. We can even meet in the evening after regular work hours if more convenient.
