You've got to be creative in your decor to make it work...it doesn't accommodate much stuff and there's very little storage...but it is cute, clean and complete: 256 square feet of waterfront living. Very private with a full bath, small kitchen with decent-sized fridge, 2-burner cooktop, convection oven and microwave. *UNFURNISHED!* We provide appliances but no furniture. Included in Monthly Rent: * DirecTV with HD/DVR service * Water * Cable Internet Access * Free Shared Laundry * Pet Rent is included, but we must approve each animal. * AND THE VIEWS... Separately metered for electric - the bill is in our name but YOU are responsible for paying the electric bill. They vary by person: power is a consumable and you choose how much you use, so I can't tell you what your bill will be. They are right on the water - Currituck Sound - with a private beach (sometimes) and large yard, which is quite frankly just a glorified resident dog park...most residents have dogs, cats or both. If you have an animal, it has to play well with others. And if you don't have an animal, you have to realize that poop happens. We allow one human resident per unit ONLY. Seriously. They are too small. No exceptions. Please don't ask. This is our own little slice of heaven on earth and because of this: No Jerry Springer Moments Allowed! No Drama In the Driveway!
