We have pressure washing the entire trailer spayed for bugs. The entire bathroom has been upgraded and the all the floors in the trailer are hardwood. Kitchen has also been upgraded as well. Very convenient and easy commute to all shopping area in and around Easley. I do not live on or around the trailer but I'm only about 30 mins away for any emergency that arises. The utility are with Easley combined. We don't want pets at all but is negotiable with a $250 pet one time deposit. The pet must weigh less than 50lbs, also there will be an additional $50 dollars added to the rent with an inspection every three months and only one animal. Very quiet place to live for a single or couple trailer. Absolutely nothing can be on your background at all. Their is a $60 application fee to fill out and a background check is required before moving forward. Their is an option of a six month to one year lease agreement and with pets we will come an inspection the property with a written notice. No overnight guess longer than a week with proper notice. The trash and lawn care is included in the rent. No loud music or parties at the property at all.
