It is 5 blocks from the square, and it's only about 1 mile from MTSU. So, it would be great for 2 college students. It's a nice place, and just went through a big renovation. It has new windows, doors, trim, laminate flooring, carpet, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, toilet, vanity, faucets, paint, and so much more. We still have a few little things left to do (cabinet hardware, hvac vents, final cleaning), but, those should be done by Monday, Feb 20th. The only downside is that it's small - roughly 800 sq ft. It is all on one level, which helps. There is no yard. NO DOGS. I will allow 1 cat. I perform a credit check, criminal background check, and eviction history report. Verifiable income of 2.5x the rental amount is required. I do not care about credit score. I do not care about student loans or medical bills. However, an eviction, or any real estate related judgements or debt is an immediate disqualifier. Water, electric, and gas are not included. You would have to put those in your name. Please let me know if you have any questions! No dogs. No more than 4 occupants. You probably don't even want more than 3 occupants unless 2 are young children, as it is not very large. Unit is nice, and I want a tenant who will keep it that way. If you have been evicted, don't have good references, or intend to scam me, please don't waste our time.
