The location is a short commute to either Downtown Pittsburgh or the Airport. We have Studios, 1 and 2BR apartments. The Apartment Community is non-smoking and pets of any kind are not permitted. Our monthly rents start at $485.00 to $600.00 for Studios, $625.00 to $775.00 for 1BR units and our 2BR apartments range in price from $725.00 to $810.00 The monthly rent includes heat, hot water, sewer, water and trash removal. Air conditioning units are provided. The second and third floor of each building have completely remodeled apartments with new kitchens, baths, the kitchens come with microwaves and dishwashers in addition to a stove and refrigerator. The application process includes a $20.00 fee, completed applications, copy of photo id and written proof of income. Your gross income must be at least four times the rental amount monthly to qualify. Renters insurance is required. If your application is approved there is a one time fee of $45.00 due at lease signing along with your first month's rent. Our apartments do rent on a first come first serve basis after an application is approved and a deposit is provided.
