If the application is accepted, 1 month rent to hold the unit which is non-refundable within 24 hours. Background check will be completed by applicant via an email from Zumper- this will run credit & eviction. Separate criminal background check will be run in secondary search after the applicant is pre-qualified from credit/eviction check and application.
