Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electric and propane. Propane must be purchased by tenant through current propane provider as needed. Tenant must not allow propane tank to go under 20% as it is needed for the furnace, kitchen stove, and heater in garage. Tenant will also be responsible for Propane Tank Rental (currently $65 per yr). House is on well water so you will have no water bill. House is on septic tank system and tenant will be responsible for septic tank cleanout as needed. Typically only needed once every year or two depending upon usage.
