This community is a 55 years old and older community, nestled inside the first nine holes of the Quail Run Golf Course. Tenants enjoy the benefits of a Community Clubhouse with lending library, scheduled activities, your choice of 3 swimming pools, clay tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts. Rates: December2022 through May 2023 $3200 per month plus 12% County Tourist Tax. Not available December through March. June $1900 per month plus 12% County Tourist Tax. *Request a video tour of the villa by email. Feel free to ask questions , or application and lease information by email or phone.
