All bills (except electricity, which is around $25/30 per person) are included in the rent. The laundry is literally right outside our back door. Great area of the city, walking distance to transit, and Andersonville. The lake is practically in your backyard. Looking for: low-maintenance roommate with steady income that is okay with dogs -- I have a small terrier mix that pretty much sleeps all day. Responsible adult that believes in social justice, and is respectful of space and personal items, and open with communication. LGBTQ friendly. No cats due to allergies. Prefer non-smoker.About me: Currently work both in office and from home, and will soon be studying for the GRE. Non-smoker, clean/tidy, down to earth, respectful.
