No Smoking Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, or any other smoked or vaporized substances. If smoking occurs inside the home, the tenant will be responsible for reasonable cleaning, deodorizing, and restoration costs associated with removing smoke-related odors or damage, subject to applicable law. Parking No parking is permitted in the yard. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas or otherwise permitted parking areas. Respect for Neighbors Tenants are expected to be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding community. Excessive noise, disturbances, or other behavior that unreasonably interferes with neighbors' enjoyment of their homes is not permitted. Landlord Entry For repairs or maintenance, the landlord will provide the tenant with at least 24 hours' notice before entering the home. Entry will be scheduled, when reasonably possible, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
