INVESTORS ONLY. Bought the house to flip but I am unable to finish the work. House is in the same state it was purchased in with the exception of 2 bedrooms completely refinished and one jack-n-jill bath almost complete. For sale AS IS and will not get approved FHA because the floors are not finished. The appraisal done on 12/2017 in roughly the same condition it is in now (minus the work that has been done so far) at $160 and $174k using the cost approach.
