There is a small one-room bedroom cabin with a living space and a small kitchenette. There is no well or septic, and the cabin is wired for a generator. It is a perfect place to get warm and dry. There is a small wood stove in the cabin as well for heat. This one is pretty special between the secluded location with access off of a paved road, the great deer hunting, a quiet cabin in the pines, and the cash rent for income.
