Has a spot to put your bbq, and includes a storage shed for tools and what not. 3 Bedrooms, 1 full bath, and one 3/4 bath. 2 bedrooms share the full bath. Master suite is huge, has a nice 3/4 bath with an oversized shower, and has a very large walk-in closet. Kitchen is a good size with a really large pantry, and the laundry room is huge. None of the furniture in the pictures is included, but all appliances stay. Looking for $2,250/month. Must pass a background check. First month's rent and deposit to move in. Looking for a family to move in and enjoy everything the house and neighborhood has to offer. 12 month lease starting October 1, 2021. No smoking allowed inside the home. Non-furnished, but includes all appliances including washer and dryer. Would be responsible for mowing and maintaining the yard, including pulling weeds in the landscaping and pavers (HOA requires this).
